Senior C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior C#/.Net Developer will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and back-end application development using C# and .Net technologies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning and requirements definition, including test planning and execution
• Develop back-end applications using .Net framework and MVC architecture, ensuring performance and quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to implement long-term solutions within the Agile framework

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field, with relevant experience
• Five or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
• Expertise in C#, .Net Core, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
• Proficiency in database design and development, including SQL Server and Entity Framework
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools, as well as cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure
