Senior C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior C#/.Net Developer will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and development using .Net technologies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning and detailed requirements definition, including test planning and execution
• Utilize full-stack development expertise to create and maintain .Net back-end applications, ensuring quality and performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to document software designs and implement Agile practices for improved reusability

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core, with strong knowledge of C# and Object-Oriented Programming
• Proficiency in developing back-end applications using MVC architecture and experience with RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and experience with CI/CD practices and tools
