Senior C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support Veterans Affairs initiatives, the full-time Senior C#/.Net Developer will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and development using .Net technologies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning, requirements definition, and test planning for software systems
• Utilize full-stack development expertise to create and maintain .Net back-end applications and ensure application performance and quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to implement Agile practices and promote software engineering best practices

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core, with strong proficiency in C# and MVC architecture
• Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL Server, and cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools, as well as version control systems like GIT
