Senior C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior C#/.Net Developer will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and development using .Net technologies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning and requirements definition, including test planning and execution for software systems
• Develop and maintain back-end applications using C# and .Net Core, ensuring application performance and quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to implement Agile practices and promote good software engineering standards

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
• Proficiency in C#, .Net framework, and .Net Core with a strong understanding of MVC architecture
• Experience with RESTful APIs and database development using SQL Server and Entity Framework
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools, as well as Agile development methodologies
