Senior C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior C#/.Net Developer will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and development tasks in a remote environment, utilizing expertise in .Net technologies and Agile methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning, requirements definition, and software systems integration while participating in daily stand-ups
• Develop and maintain back-end applications using C# and .Net Core, ensuring application performance and quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and implement long-term solutions within the Agile framework

Required qualifications

• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core with a strong understanding of C#
• Proficiency in developing applications using MVC architecture and RESTful APIs
• Experience with database design and development, particularly with SQL Server and Entity Framework
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, with five or more years of relevant experience
