Senior C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior C#/.Net Developer will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and back-end application development using C# and .Net technologies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical planning and detailed requirements definition, including test planning and execution
• Develop and maintain back-end applications using .Net Core and MVC architecture, ensuring quality and performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members, applying Agile methodologies to improve software engineering practices

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Expertise in C#, .Net framework, and .Net Core, with a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming
• Proficiency in database design and development, including SQL Server and Entity Framework
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools, as well as Agile development methodologies
