Senior C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior C#/.Net Developer will perform technical planning, software integration, and development using .Net technologies in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning, requirements definition, and software testing while collaborating with the development team
• Develop and maintain back-end applications utilizing C# and .Net Core, ensuring application performance and quality
• Document software designs and implement Agile practices to enhance software reusability and maintainability

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Proficiency in C#, .Net framework, and back-end application development with MVC architecture
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, SQL Server, and Entity Framework
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools, along with experience in Agile development methodologies
