Senior C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support Veterans Affairs initiatives, the full-time Senior C#/.Net Developer will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and development support while working remotely in a role that requires expertise in .Net technologies and Agile methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning and detailed requirements definition for software systems and subsystems
• Utilize full-stack development skills to create and maintain .Net back-end applications, ensuring high performance and quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members, participating in Agile practices and daily stand-ups

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core, with strong knowledge of C# and Object-Oriented Programming
• Proficiency in developing back-end applications using MVC architecture and RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD practices, and version control systems such as GIT
