Senior C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support Veterans Affairs initiatives, the full-time remote Senior C#/.Net Developer will perform technical planning, develop back-end applications, and ensure software quality and responsiveness while collaborating with a software development team.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical planning and detailed requirements definition, including test planning and execution
• Utilize full-stack development expertise to create and maintain .Net back-end applications, ensuring quality through CI/CD practices
• Document software designs and collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements

Required qualifications

• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core with a strong understanding of C#
• Proficiency in developing applications using MVC architecture and RESTful APIs
• Experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, and cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with at least five years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices
