Senior C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior C#/.Net Developer will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and development tasks while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical planning and detailed requirements definition, including test planning and execution
• Utilize full-stack development expertise to create and maintain .Net back-end applications and ensure application performance and quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to document software designs and implement Agile practices for improved reusability

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core, with a strong understanding of C# and MVC architecture
• Proficiency in database design and development, including SQL Server and Entity Framework
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and experience with CI/CD practices and tools
