Senior C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support Veterans Affairs projects, the full-time Senior C#/.Net Developer will perform technical planning, software integration, and development of .Net applications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning and requirements definition, including test planning and execution
• Develop and maintain back-end applications using C# and .Net Core, ensuring application performance and quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to implement Agile practices and improve software engineering processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field, with five or more years of relevant experience
• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core, with strong proficiency in C# and MVC architecture
• Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL Server, and Entity Framework for database design and development
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools, as well as cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure and AWS
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks and tools, such as NUnit or xUnit
