Senior C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior C#/.Net Developer will perform technical planning, develop back-end applications using C#, and ensure software quality and performance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning, requirements definition, and software systems integration
• Utilize full-stack development expertise to create and maintain .Net applications, including CI/CD deployment
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to document software designs and implement Agile practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with at least five years of experience in .Net development
• Expertise in .Net framework, C#, and back-end application development using MVC architecture
• Proficiency in database design with SQL Server and Entity Framework
• Experience with RESTful APIs and cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and unit testing frameworks such as NUnit or xUnit
