Senior C#/.Net Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior C#/.Net Engineer will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and development of back-end applications, working remotely while ensuring application performance and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical planning, requirements definition, and software systems integration
• Utilize full-stack development expertise to create and maintain .Net applications with CI/CD pipelines
• Document software designs and collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements

Required qualifications

• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core, with strong C# skills
• Proficiency in developing back-end applications using MVC architecture and RESTful APIs
• Experience with SQL Server and Entity Framework for database design and development
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS
• Five or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
