Senior C#/.Net Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior C#/.Net Engineer will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and development of .Net back-end applications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning and requirements definition, including test planning and execution
• Utilize full-stack development expertise to create and maintain .Net applications, ensuring performance and quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in Agile development processes to implement long-term software solutions

Required qualifications

• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core with strong C# skills
• Proficiency in back-end development using MVC architecture and RESTful APIs
• Experience with database design and SQL Server, as well as familiarity with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, with relevant experience in software development
• Five or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
