Senior C#/.Net Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote Senior C#/.Net Engineer will manage technical planning, software systems integration, and provide development support while utilizing full-stack development expertise in .Net and C#.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical planning, requirements definition, and software systems integration
• Utilize full-stack development skills for back-end application development and deployment using CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to document software designs and promote good software engineering practices

Required qualifications

• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core with a strong understanding of C#
• Proficiency in developing back-end applications using MVC architecture and RESTful APIs
• Experience with database design and development, including SQL Server and Entity Framework
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field with five or more years of relevant experience
