Senior C#/.Net Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote Senior C#/.Net Engineer will perform technical planning, develop back-end applications using C#, and ensure software quality through testing and integration.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning, requirements definition, and software systems integration
• Develop and maintain back-end applications using .Net framework and C# within an Agile environment
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to implement effective software engineering practices

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Expertise in .Net framework, C#, and MVC architecture
• Proficiency in database design and development with SQL Server and Entity Framework
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools, as well as Agile development methodologies
