Senior C#/.Net Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior C#/.Net Engineer will perform technical planning, develop back-end applications using C#, and ensure software quality and performance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning, requirements definition, and software systems integration
• Develop and maintain back-end applications utilizing .Net framework and MVC architecture
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to ensure project requirements are met effectively

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Strong expertise in C# and proficiency with RESTful APIs and SQL Server
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as GIT
