Senior C#/.Net Engineer

Job Summary

To support Veterans Affairs initiatives, the full-time Senior C#/.Net Engineer will perform software development, integration, and technical support for systems while working remotely and ensuring high-quality application performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning and detailed requirements definition, including test planning and execution
• Develop and maintain .Net back-end applications using C# and implement CI/CD practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and document software designs

Required qualifications

• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core with strong C# skills
• Proficiency in developing applications using MVC architecture and RESTful APIs
• Experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, and cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure
• Strong understanding of CI/CD tools and unit testing frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with at least five years of relevant experience
