Senior C#/.Net Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior C#/.Net Engineer will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and development of back-end applications using C# and .Net technologies in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning and requirements definition, including test planning and execution
• Develop and maintain back-end applications using .Net Core and C#, ensuring performance and quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to implement Agile practices and document software designs

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core, with strong knowledge of C# and MVC architecture
• Proficiency in database design and development, particularly with SQL Server and Entity Framework
• Experience with CI/CD practices and tools, as well as version control systems like GIT
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline
