Senior C++ Qt Software Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior C++ Qt Software Engineer will develop foundational software components for robotics and enabling technology applications, focusing on design, implementation, and testing of software in a clinical context.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software components for clinical applications related to Total Hip and Total Knee surgeries
- Participate in the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including code reviews, documentation, and defect management
- Design and implement algorithms for 3D geometry and image processing, ensuring components meet design specifications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of hands-on C++ software development experience, particularly in performance-sensitive applications
- 3+ years of experience in C++/Qt development on Linux
- Experience with developing 3D geometry and image-processing algorithms
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and unit testing as part of the development workflow
