Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior CAD/BIM Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high accuracy survey base maps, topographic surfaces, alignments, and 3D models from field collected data
Import, process, and organize raw survey data for CAD/BIM integration using Trimble Business Center (TBC)
Prepare various types of survey drawings and maintain CAD/BIM standards for the surveying discipline

Required Qualifications

Associate degree in Surveying, Drafting, Geomatics, Engineering Technology, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum of 6-8 years of CAD/BIM experience within the land surveying profession
Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D and/or Bentley OpenRoads Designer
Experience producing boundary, ALTA/NSPS, route, topographic, and construction survey drawings
Familiarity with LiDAR, sUAS photogrammetry, or other reality capture technologies (preferred)
