Senior CAD Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing Land Development practice, the full-time Senior CAD Designer will develop engineering drawings, conceptual plans, and exhibits for various projects while collaborating with project engineers and clients, with flexible remote options available for well-qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop engineering drawings and contract plans based on project specifications and client needs
• Design utility systems and resolve potential construction conflicts identified during the design phase
• Ensure technical accuracy and quality consistency across all project deliverables

Required qualifications

• High school diploma
• 5+ years of experience in CADD design for Land Development projects
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of basic construction practices for civil construction
• Experience in plan set production for local projects preferred
