Senior CAD Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Portfolio Management team, the contract Senior CAD Specialist will focus on high-speed space planning and feasibility analysis for corporate real estate projects, working remotely and utilizing expertise in AutoCAD and interior architecture.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop preliminary test fits and workstation layouts for new and existing offices
• Evaluate floor plans against headcount requirements to inform lease-signing decisions
• Review and organize CAD drawings while ensuring compliance with building codes and accessibility standards

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field
• 5-10+ years of AutoCAD experience and 5+ years in a Corporate Real Estate or commercial architecture environment
• Expert proficiency in AutoCAD and understanding of office planning standards
• Proficiency in calculating USF and applying BOMA standards
• Portfolio showcasing samples of commercial floor plans or technical design layouts
