Job Summary

To support client operations, the full-time Senior Call Center Representative will manage incoming calls, prepare detailed reports, and train new customer service representatives in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer and track incoming calls while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports in government systems
  • Train and onboard new customer service representatives
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a call center
  • Associate's Degree
  • Proven ability to multitask while communicating and inputting data
  • Proficiency with telephony systems, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in handling sensitive information
