Job Summary
To support client operations, the full-time Senior Call Center Representative will manage incoming calls, prepare detailed reports, and train new customer service representatives while working remotely from the El Paso, TX area.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and track incoming calls while ensuring accurate documentation
- Prepare and submit detailed reports in government systems
- Train and onboard new customer service representatives
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a call center environment
- Associate's Degree preferred
- Proven ability to multitask while communicating and inputting data
- Proficiency with telephony systems, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in handling sensitive information
