Job Summary
Owning the execution layer of marketing campaigns, the full-time Senior Campaign Manager will manage the brief-to-launch process, coordinate cross-functional teams, and monitor campaign performance within HubSpot to deliver actionable insights aligned with company priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of complex marketing campaigns, ensuring cross-functional coordination across various teams using Asana
- Serve as the primary campaign operations owner, managing the intake process from brief through post-campaign reporting and optimization
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance within HubSpot, providing optimization recommendations based on data insights
Required qualifications
- 5-8+ years of B2B marketing experience in campaign management or integrated marketing, preferably in SaaS, technology, or travel sectors
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, including campaign setup, reporting, and A/B testing
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end campaign execution from intake to post-campaign analysis
- Strong project management skills, with experience using Asana or similar tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendations
