Senior Capability Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Capability Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development of the Customer Communications/Document Composition Center of Excellence and oversee platform capability requirements
• Act as a technical subject matter expert for the customer communications management platform
• Partner with various internal and external teams to deliver and optimize the customer communications management platform and related deliverables

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in analysis and resolving complex problems
• 4+ years of experience in continuous improvement methodologies
• 2+ years of experience with customer communication management software/platforms
• 2+ years of experience developing processes and quality standards
• Experience implementing and maintaining communications in a customer communication platform
