Senior Capability Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Capability Analyst will manage the translation of complex business requirements into actionable features for the Appeals Tracking System, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Capture, analyze, and prioritize business requirements for moderately complex projects
• Document and translate business requirements into features and user stories
• Collaborate with Agile teams and stakeholders to implement process changes and ensure alignment with business goals

Required qualifications:

• Experience with implementing software from ideation through to successful delivery
• Proven project management skills, demonstrating the ability to drive projects to completion
• Demonstrated experience in gathering and evaluating requirements and writing business requirements
• Success as a Product Owner or in a similar role with a track record of delivering successful outcomes
