Senior Capacity Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Template & Capacity Analyst to manage and optimize provider templates while collaborating with clinical and operational leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize provider templates across multiple clinical service lines to enhance access and throughput
• Analyze workflows and data to identify root causes of scheduling and capacity challenges
• Lead requirements gathering and documentation for system changes, ensuring clarity and traceability

Required Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of experience in an analyst role, including work on complex system changes
• Hands-on experience with Epic templating tools and understanding of clinic throughput and scheduling dynamics
• Proven ability to build, maintain, and optimize templates at scale
• Experience leading analysis, documentation, testing, and execution of system changes
• Ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders and communicate recommendations confidently
