Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Capital Markets Director, Institutional Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new sales opportunities and maintain relationships with institutions to drive growth
• Design and implement proactive sales strategies, meeting targets for new revenue and mandates
• Manage the sales cycle, structure transactions, and coordinate due diligence processes

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in institutional relationship establishment and transaction management
• Deep industry knowledge and understanding of the marketplace lending landscape
• Proficiency in traditional and alternative investment products
• BA/BS degree in a related field; MBA/CFA preferred
• Established network of industry relationships and stakeholders
