Senior Capital Markets Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capital Markets Manager to support executive leadership and deliver financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce daily P&L reporting and analyze variances for executive leadership
• Run MSR valuation models and prepare bid tapes for loan sales
• Prepare executive-level reporting packages and deliver strategic financial recommendations

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in mortgage finance, capital markets, or financial analytics
• Strong understanding of MSR valuation and mortgage pricing
• Experience in preparing bid tapes and financial models
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field preferred
