Job Summary
Providing primary technical support for CAPPS Recruit, the remote Senior CAPPS HR Technical Analyst will manage system transitions, ensure WCAG accessibility compliance, and oversee functional and technical design while working on a long-term contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary technical support for CAPPS Recruit, including system configuration, testing, and collaboration with vendors
- Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and regularly review digital content for accessibility issues
- Analyze business processes, review functional designs, and prepare technical scenarios to validate system behavior
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of Texas public sector experience supporting a Texas state government agency
- 10 years of technical experience with PeopleSoft FSCM or HCM 9.2, PeopleTools, and SQL
- 10 years of experience in technical project management activities supporting CPA's CAPPS program
- 5 years of technical experience supporting a multi-tenant Oracle Taleo Recruit SaaS application
- 2 years of technical experience with reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI
