Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior CaptivateIQ Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Consult throughout the full software implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and go-live
Configure complex business scenarios and develop technical solutions within the CaptivateIQ platform
Lead client discovery sessions and document requirements while ensuring high-quality deliverables

Required Qualifications

2+ years of configuration experience within the CaptivateIQ Platform
Minimum 3 years in the SPM sector or consulting
Experience with self-service aspects of the tool, including data integration and plan documents
Proven experience leading requirements gathering
Advanced skillsets in Excel or spreadsheet software
