Senior Capture Analyst

Job Summary

Senior Capture Analyst, a full-time position focused on supporting capture management, proposal development, and operational analysis for government opportunities, requiring collaboration with various teams to deliver strategic solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning and capture activities for opportunities prior to RFP release
• Conduct competitor assessments and analyze operational data for proposal development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document business processes and customer journeys

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years of capture experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience in analyzing operational data, government contracts, and synthesizing large data sets
• Strong analytical skills and experience supporting capture activities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite; Power BI experience preferred
• Experience working in a matrixed environment and with remote teams is preferred
