Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Capture Manager to drive federal growth opportunities in digital services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead opportunity research, qualification, and pursuit of federal contracting opportunities
• Develop overall capture plan including technical, management, staffing, and pricing strategies
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with Government Agencies and industry partners

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in a business development or capture role focused on federal healthcare technology solutions
• Proven ability to lead captures from $50M+
• Experience managing multiple captures simultaneously at various stages of the opportunity lifecycle
• Record of collaboration with proposal teams throughout the opportunity lifecycle
• U.S. citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the U.S
