Senior Capture Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Capture Manager who will help drive growth across business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program managers, proposal managers, and executive leaders to develop and execute capture strategies
• Lead major capture efforts within the DoD/Federal markets, ensuring compliance with Federal Government solicitations
• Establish and nurture relationships with potential customers and partners to identify and pursue opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of capture experience in the DoD/Federal community
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sciences, or related fields preferred
• Desired security clearance: Secret, TS preferred
• Proven track record of successful capture management across various acquisition sizes and types
• Strong understanding of government contracting and the full acquisition lifecycle
