Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Capture Manager, Federal Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to win business and grow existing federal opportunities
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to create tailored training solutions
• Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and capture planning efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field of study
• Minimum of 10 years of experience within U.S. military and/or government organizations
• At least 5 years of FAR-based capture and proposal experience
• Exceptional leadership and management skills
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the USA; visa sponsorship is not available
