• Lead opportunity research, qualification, and pursuit of federal contracting opportunities
• Develop overall capture plans including technical, management, staffing, and pricing strategies
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with Government Agencies and industry partners

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience, with 3+ years in a business development or capture role focused on federal healthcare technology solutions
• Proven ability to lead captures from $50M+
• Experience managing multiple captures simultaneously at various stages of the opportunity lifecycle
• Strong collaboration and team-centric approach
• Record of working closely with proposal teams throughout the opportunity lifecycle
