Senior Capture Manager

Job Summary

Leading capture management activities for federal civilian government opportunities, the full-time Senior Capture Manager will develop strategies, manage cross-functional teams, and drive the capture process from qualification through proposal development in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage opportunities through the complete capture lifecycle and develop comprehensive capture plans
• Lead pursuit teams to create winning solutions aligned with RFP requirements and conduct competitive analysis
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliant solutions and review proposal drafts for alignment with win strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 7-10 years of relevant professional experience in federal civilian capture management
• Proven track record of leading successful federal capture efforts
• Experience with capture planning methodologies and managing B&P budgets
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills
