Job Summary
Leading the capture of strategic opportunities in the federal civilian market, the full-time Senior Capture Manager will drive capture activities from opportunity identification through pre-proposal planning and submission support in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and capture new business opportunities by leveraging customer relationships and market analysis
- Manage capture activities, including developing formal capture plans and monitoring competitor activity
- Participate in business development activities, including planning, proposal writing, and strategy formulation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related business, technical, or management discipline
- 7+ years of experience in federal government capture management or business development
- Demonstrated experience leading captures for federal civilian agencies, particularly USDA, DOS, DOL, DOC, DOI, DOT, HHS, and/or DOE
- Strong understanding of federal contracting practices and procurement timelines
- Proficiency with Office 365 and standard proposal/capture development tools and processes
