Senior Capture Manager

Job Summary

Leading joint capture and channel coordination, the full-time Senior Capture Manager will engage with federal systems integrators and Datadog's internal sales teams to ensure alignment and visibility in capture activities, while managing a portfolio of priority federal programs remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the joint-capture strategy and partner alignment for approximately 20 priority federal programs, engaging 12-24 months ahead of RFP release
• Act as the primary liaison between FSI partners and internal federal sales teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination on capture efforts
• Build and maintain documented capture plans that detail mission, stakeholders, funding, acquisition paths, and competitive landscape for each program

Required qualifications:

• 8-10+ years of experience in capture management, channel/alliances, or business development within U.S. federal technology sales
• Experience bridging channel/alliance partners and internal direct sales teams in a partner-liaison or joint-capture role
• Working knowledge of government contract vehicles such as GSA Schedule and SEWP
• Established relationships with major federal systems integrators and primes
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, observability, cybersecurity, or DevSecOps concepts
