Senior Capture Solutions Architect
Job Summary
To provide technical leadership across capture and proposal opportunities, the full-time remote Senior Capture Solutions Architect will design proposal-quality technical solutions for military health and Federal public health customers, focusing on areas such as EHR modernization, data interoperability, and secure cloud migration.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical solution development for capture and proposal efforts, producing technical volumes and compliance matrices
- Translate health mission needs into secure and interoperable architectures that prioritize operational readiness
- Architect secure cloud solutions and DevSecOps pipelines to support application modernization and development
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 4 years focused on military health
- Demonstrated success in leading technical capture and proposal activities, including architecture design
- Experience with cloud platform architectures and DevSecOps toolchains
- Working knowledge of SAFe and Agile delivery frameworks
