Senior Capture Success Manager

Job Summary

To drive strategic growth opportunities from pursuit to execution, the full-time Senior Capture Success Manager will lead capture efforts, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead capture efforts for defense and maritime opportunities, developing capture plans and win strategies
• Coordinate across various teams to mature opportunities and manage proposal execution and compliance
• Facilitate transition activities from capture to execution, ensuring continuity of customer expectations and delivery commitments

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in capture management, program management, or defense growth roles
• Experience supporting or leading DoD, Navy, SOCOM, or federal opportunities
• Strong understanding of the capture lifecycle and government contracting processes
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional projects under aggressive timelines
• Experience transitioning programs from pursuit into execution environments
