Senior Care Access Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Coordinator, Care Access.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to connect members with behavioral health services and resources
• Collaborate with clinicians and internal stakeholders to coordinate care and ensure timely provider access
• Maintain accurate documentation of member interactions while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and data integrity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related healthcare field
• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare, managed care, behavioral health, or customer service setting; OR a high school diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Working knowledge of behavioral health or medical terminology
• Ability to pass background checks as required by the position
