Job Summary
A company is looking for a Care Access Specialist Sr.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports and motivates Care Access Specialists while demonstrating excellent customer service
- Acts as a liaison between the Access Center and clinic operational team leads to report access updates and solve potential barriers
- Manages incoming and outgoing referrals, ensuring compliance with referral management policies and providing status updates
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Five years of customer service and/or clerical experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Minimum of one year of satisfactory work experience in scheduling preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience with Epic
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite products is preferred
