Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Access Specialist Sr.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supports and motivates Care Access Specialists while demonstrating excellent customer service
  • Acts as a liaison between the Access Center and clinic operational team leads to report access updates and solve potential barriers
  • Manages incoming and outgoing referrals, ensuring compliance with referral management policies and providing status updates


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Five years of customer service and/or clerical experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Minimum of one year of satisfactory work experience in scheduling preferred
  • Minimum of two years of experience with Epic
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite products is preferred
