Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Care Advocate Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with members to inform them about their benefits and guide them in receiving treatment from high-quality surgeons
• Receive inbound calls to educate members on benefits and assist with appointment scheduling
• Coordinate care across various settings while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in an office, call center, or administrative setting, preferably in healthcare
• Customer service or sales experience is preferred
• Proven ability to meet monthly goals and performance metrics
• Experience using office tools and systems remotely (email, phone, CRM platforms)
