Job Summary

Supporting the clinical practice, the full-time Senior Care Coordinator will manage insurance verification, provider referrals, and patient interactions while working remotely across the continental US.

Key responsibilities

• Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for doula and midlife services
• Initiate and track provider referrals and prior authorizations
• Collaborate with operations teams to improve care coordinator workflows

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare administration experience, preferably in virtual care
• Familiarity with insurance verification and in-network referrals
• Ability to navigate benefits and insurance questions for Medicaid and Commercial members
• Experience interacting with patients and providers via various communication channels
• Passion for women's health and a results-oriented mindset
