A healthcare company is seeking a Senior Care Customer Service Trainee.
Position Responsibilities
- Receive, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Handle customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, chat, email, and Teams
- Educate callers to ensure resolution is achieved on the first contact
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in a customer service support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers
- Exceptional time management skills
