A healthcare company is seeking a Senior Care Customer Service Trainee.

Position Responsibilities
  • Receive, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Handle customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, chat, email, and Teams
  • Educate callers to ensure resolution is achieved on the first contact
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in a customer service support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers
  • Exceptional time management skills
