Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Care Navigator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage member communication as the initial contact, addressing scheduling, billing, insurance, and care navigation
  • Coordinate clinical and operational support, including verifying eligibility and assisting with referrals
  • Triage and escalate member concerns appropriately and maintain documentation within relevant systems
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in high-touch, patient-facing environments
  • Proficient in Zendesk (or similar ticketing tools) and Athena (or comparable EHR systems)
  • Exceptional judgment in handling sensitive issues and time-sensitive care needs
  • Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment
