Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Care Navigator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage member communication as the initial contact, addressing scheduling, billing, insurance, and care navigation
- Coordinate clinical and operational support, including verifying eligibility and assisting with referrals
- Triage and escalate member concerns appropriately and maintain documentation within relevant systems
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in high-touch, patient-facing environments
- Proficient in Zendesk (or similar ticketing tools) and Athena (or comparable EHR systems)
- Exceptional judgment in handling sensitive issues and time-sensitive care needs
- Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment
