Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Care Expansion Partnerships Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead outbound business development to identify and engage prospective partners across targeted domestic verticals
• Develop partnership strategies with specialty behavioral health providers and digital therapeutic partners
• Collaborate with internal teams to create customized value propositions and monitor partner performance

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, partnership development, or business development, preferably in healthcare or digital health
• Proven success in building and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
• Strong operational skills and ability to navigate ambiguity
• Familiarity with mental health care delivery or healthcare compliance is a plus
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
